Domestic Orders
As long as you haven’t worn your Orza ballet shoes for anything other than trying them on, and you’re within 14 days of your order’s delivery date, take these three simple steps and we’ll make it right:
1. Visit Orza Returns and enter the order number from your order confirmation email and your email address that you used to make the purchase.
2. Select the option to Exchange or Return, answer a few questions, and voila! Your RMA will be emailed to you along with your pre-paid return shipping label within 1-3 business days.
3. Package up your ORIGINAL CONDITION ORZAS in the beautiful shoe box they came in, carefully place them in an appropriately sized exterior mailing box or bag, slap that shipping label on, and give it to your carrier. Do not use the shoebox as the shipping container for returns.
Only original condition ORZA item(s) can be returned or exchanged! If you’ve worn your Orza ballet shoes or gear for class, or around the house to do plies or pirouettes in, they’re not in original condition. They should not have scuffs or rosin or pet hair or any dirt on them.
Once the return has been processed online, be sure to use our provided Return Label. This will allow our system to process your exchange or refund quickly. You will know the exchange or refund was initiated when you receive an email confirmation from us.

We offer a 1-time free exchange. Any additional exchanges will need to be approved and processed with a customer service agent. If approved, A $10.00 shipping fee per order will need to be paid upfront before the agent can process the additional exchange. Please reach out by email to contact@orzabrand.com
If you decide to Return only (not exchange) and would like the Return applied to the original payment: *Please note: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
