Orza Pro 2.0 will remain open to Returns/Exchanges per our policy below:
We want you to LOVE your ballet shoes.
As long as you haven’t worn your Orza ballet shoes for anything other than trying them on, and you’re within 10 days of your order’s delivery date, take these simple steps and we’ll begin the exchange/return process for you.
1. Visit Orza Returns and enter the order number from your order confirmation email and your email address that you used to make the purchase.
2. Select the option to Exchange or Return, and answer a few questions. An Exchange or Store Credit request will be approved in 1-3 business days and your RMA will be emailed to you along with your pre-paid return shipping.
3. If you've requested a Return To Payment Method, our Orza Fit Specialist will contact you via email in 1-3 business to help determine if a different model, fit or size will meet your satisfaction. We do believe that with a little help from our Fit Specialist, you'll find an Orza ballet shoe that fits you like a glove and provides you with unparalleled comfort and support!
4. Package up your ORIGINAL CONDITION ORZAS including all tags and packaging, in the shoe box they came in, carefully place the box inside an appropriately sized exterior mailing box or bag, place the shipping label on, and give it to your carrier. Do not use the shoebox as the shipping container for you return!
Only original condition ORZA item(s) can be returned or exchanged! Items received for return that do not meet our return policies will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We reserve the right not to accept returns/exchanges that do not meet our return policy. If you’ve worn your Orza ballet shoes or gear for class, or around the house to do plies or pirouettes in, they’re not in their original condition. They should not have scuffs or rosin or pet hair or any dirt on them.
Once the return has been processed online, be sure to use our provided Return Label. This will allow our system to process your exchange or refund quickly. You will know the exchange or refund was initiated when you receive an email confirmation from us.
We offer a 1-time Free Exchange. Any additional returns/exchanges will need to be initiated through our Return/Exchange Portal, and a $10.00 shipping fee will need to be paid upfront before we can process the additional returns/exchanges.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit on their way back to our returns center. We highly recommend you get a receipt at your point of drop-off.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
