FAQ
Fit
What is the difference between Orza Pro 1 and 2.0?
We offer two unique models of ballet shoes within our ORZA collection: Orza Pro One and Orza Pro 2.0. Our patented technology is the same in both models, but the fit is very different! The Pro 1 is our original model. After listening carefully to dancers and evaluating feedback, we made fit updates and released the Orza Pro 2.0. This updated model is designed for a streamlined, foot-hugging, and aesthetically pleasing fit. Orza Pro 2.0 is considered our flagship shoe. Please see individual fit notes in the tabs below, and be sure to consult the detailed fit notes and sizing charts available on individual product pages.
How do I find my OP2.0 size when ordering online?
OP2.0: Orza ballet shoes run 'true-to street-shoe.' Please select your typical US street shoe size and consider the sizing chart located here:
Female: Sizing Chart
Male: Sizing Chart
Width: OP2.0 Medium width will fit the majority of feet. Please select the appropriate width if you have true narrow or wide feet, and consult the 'ball girth' measurements on our sizing chart.
*Please note: Ballet shoe sizing varies across brands, and we cannot make a fit recommendation based on another brand's sizing. We understand that buying ballet shoes without trying them on first can be challenging. Should you need any additional guidance prior to purchase, please reach out to us at contact@orzabrand.com.

How do I find my OP1 size when ordering online?
In general, ORZA ballet shoes run 'true-to-street-shoe-size.' However, in the Orza Pro One, we recommend taking ½ - 1 size down from your typical US street shoe size. Orza Pro One has high-profile sides and a long vamp, and is an all-around roomier fit with more material through the arch and toe areas when compared to the Orza Pro 2.0

Do you offer additional widths?
Yes! The Orza Pro 2.0 is available in 3 widths; Narrow, Medium, and Wide. At this time, OP1 comes in one standard width (medium).
Will my shoes stretch at all?
Orza Pro ballet shoes are made of 100% cotton canvas. They will stretch only slightly, and will soften and mold to your feet with wear.
Why are my shoes so stiff?
Due to the nature of our structured canvas, as well as the built-in padding and support, Orza Pro ballet shoes will feel stiff when you first put them on! There is a 'break-in' period, but they WILL soften and mold to your feet with wear. You can manually break in the toe area by bending it back and forth, like a pointe shoe.
Why non-stretch canvas?
Orza Pro ballet shoes are made of traditional, non-stretch canvas. Extensive research of materials combined with decades-long experience as professional dancers, formed our decision to use a traditional non-stretch canvas. We find it offers the support, light resistance, and durability that we value in a ballet shoe.
