Train with the best, the region’s only professional ballet company. Since 2018, the School of Carolina Ballet has offered students ages 6-18 the opportunity to learn from Carolina Ballet’s artistic staff and professional dancers. From beginners to pre-professional tracks, our program provides world-class instruction tailored to each dancer’s goals. Advanced students perform alongside company dancers and are first considered for apprenticeships. Whether building technique, artistry, or preparing for a professional career, students receive expert training in a dynamic, supportive environment. Scholarships available.

ORZA is delighted to partner with the Joffrey Ballet School and the Joffrey Concert Group of New York City, organizations recognized for cultivating versatile, high-level dancers through performance, technique, and artistic exploration. As part of this partnership, ORZA will connect with thousands of aspiring dancers across Joffrey Ballet School’s global Summer Intensives, reaching students in 24 locations around the world with onsite fittings and access to Orza Pro™ footwear. The collaboration also supports the dancers of the Joffrey Concert Group, who train and perform with a level of physicality that benefits from footwear engineered for cushioning, stability, and reduced impact. As one of the most prestigious dance schools in the world, the School of American Ballet shapes the future of ballet, and ORZA is excited to play a role in empowering the next generation of professional dancers.

ORZA has teamed up with Intrigue Dance Intensive to create a unique partnership that blends revolutionary dance shoes with exceptional dance training experiences. This collaboration provides young dancers at Intrigue's workshops and intensives access to ORZA’s innovative products, designed for performance and comfort. By working together, ORZA and Intrigue aim to support dancers' growth and elevate their training experience, offering a fusion of cutting-edge dance shoes and world-class instruction.

ORZA is sponsoring the Male Dance Connection, a partnership dedicated to empowering young male dancers by offering tailored resources, opportunities, and ORZA’s cutting-edge Pro dance shoes. This initiative aims to support male dancers in their training, helping them enhance their performance, build confidence, and succeed in their artistic pursuits.
